How do I view the contents of my shopping cart?
To view the contents of your basket, click on the basket icon in the top right-hand corner of the site.
How do I add items to my shopping cart?
To add products to your basket, simply click on the "Add to basket" button located under the product(s) of your preference. This will automatically add the product(s) to your basket. When your basket is visible, simply click on X in the top right-hand corner if you wish to continue shopping. When you're ready to checkout, click on the basket icon in the top right-hand corner and continue with the checkout process.
How do I remove items from my shopping cart?
Click on the basket icon in the top right-hand corner, then click on the - (minus) button to the left of the product quantity displayed, until it becomes 0. Your basket will then be automatically updated to show the removed item.

Where is my order?
Once your order has been placed and processed, you will receive an e-mail containing your order identification number, shipping method and a complete list of items ordered. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive another e-mail containing tracking information and steps to follow the progress of your package. Please note that your order is subject to variable delivery times, depending on your delivery location.
What are the delivery times?
U.S. delivery with tracking: 5 to 8 business days from date of shipment. Please note that all delivery times are estimates only * Shipping your order is a separate service from the online store. We cannot be held responsible for delays incurred by the couriers delivering your package. We reserve the right not to refund orders if packages are delayed.
What time can I expect my parcel?
Packages are delivered between 7am and 9pm every day. Our couriers will always do their best to deliver your parcel at a time that suits you.
Do you deliver to my country?
Yes, our products can be shipped worldwide, and shipping costs are calculated at the time of ordering, once your destination has been selected.

Our products sell out very quickly and, due to high demand, it can happen that an item you have ordered is suddenly out of stock. These cases are extremely rare, but may occur from time to time. If the item you have ordered is out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible to verify the cancellation of your order.
How can I pay for my order?
We accept all standard forms of payment: Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard and American Express.
Is it safe to order online?
Yes, purchasing products on the official website is totally secure, and we use industry-standard encryption systems to ensure that none of the information you give us (address, credit card details) can be misappropriated. What should I do if I receive an incorrect or damaged item?
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please be assured that we are deeply sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you, and that we will rectify the situation as quickly as possible. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, stating your order ID number, the name of the product you were supposed to receive and a photo of the fault or details of the problem.
Our customer service team will make every effort to resolve the problem as quickly as possible. Please note that if the item has been used in any way, it cannot be replaced. Also if your product is damaged in transit, we cannot exchange or replace it. *There is no lifetime warranty on any of our products as they are all subject to wear and tear over time and their longevity depends on how you handle them.
I've just placed an order, can I cancel it?
To ensure prompt delivery, we start processing orders as soon as they are placed. This is why you only have 30 minutes after you make your oder to cancel it. If you wish to cancel your order once it has been received, please contact us for assistance. A customer service representative will then be able to advise you on how to request a refund. Once we have received your package, we will contact you to inform you of your refund for the items. **Please note that your returned items will be subject to inspection upon arrival. If the items appear to have been used in any way, no cancellation will be issued and the items will simply be returned to sender.

How do I know if my order has been placed successfully?
Once you've placed an order, you'll receive an order confirmation e-mail with all the details of your transaction. If you don't see a confirmation e-mail in your inbox within 30 minutes of placing your order, please check your spam folder, as it may have been sent there by mistake.

Your card will be charged immediately when you place an order, as we start processing orders for immediate dispatch.
What exchange rates do you offer?

How do I apply a promotional code?
Once you've added the product(s) you'd like to purchase to the shopping cart, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner, then proceed to the checkout at the bottom. Inside the checkout, you'll see a place to enter your promotional code. Enter it in the field provided, then click "Apply". Your order will then be updated to reflect the new order total.

Do you have any retailers where I can buy your products directly?
For the time being, our products are exclusively available for sale on our website. That said, we're always open to signing up brand ambassadors. If you would like to become a retailer, please contact us.
